We try our best to process all the orders within a reasonable time frame. If however, goods cannot be mailed within a reasonable time we will e-mail you to advise you of this. Returns & Refunds

If you are returning goods, you have to make your own arrangements for shipping goods to our premises at your cost. On receipt of the returned goods we will refund the full amount within 14 days.
